ESIP Winter Meeting: January 9 - 11, 2018

Welcome to the 2018 Winter Meeting for the Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP)! The 2018 theme is Realizing the Socioeconomic Value of Data. The theme is based on one of the goals in the 2015 - 2020 ESIP Strategic Plan, which provides a framework for ESIP’s activities over the next three years.

Gary is an earth scientist and curator of data, metadata, and natural history collections. In his role at the Indiana Geological and Water survey, he oversees the information services division which provides cartographic, information technology, cyberinfrastructure, data science, physical and digital collections management, and database adminstration support to the mission and science of the IGWS.
